Australia’s 43 runs in the power play
Despite Finch being out, Mitchell Marsh and David Warner have kept the Australian run wheel in motion. Marsh, who hit a six in the fourth over to welcome Adam Milne, bowled two fours in the next two overs. Warner hit a six in the Saudi over in the next over. After Finch was out, Australia were 15 for 1 at the end of 3 overs, and in the next two overs L got 15 and 10 runs respectively.
In the sixth over, however, Milne managed to block the run. L3 runs in this over. At the end of 6 overs of power play, Australia scored 43 runs for 1 wicket. New Zealand’s run was 32 for 1 at this time.
Bolt’s victim is Finch
Finch was hit by Bolt in the first over. Australia managed to take only 1 run in that over. But in the second over, David Warner gave a great reply to Tim Southee. He hit two fours in a row, 10 runs came in that over. In the third over, Finch hit a long off boundary off Bolt’s first ball. But the next ball out!

This time Bolt hit the bouncer after eating four balls in the previous ball ‘Nakal Bale’. The ball bounced off the top edge of the bat. Daryl Mitchell took a great catch in the deep square leg. Mitchell ran from the fine leg to the deep square leg and took the catch!
