Samsung India has collaborated with social media and technology company Facebook, which will digitize offline retailers. This is the country’s first and most comprehensive campaign of its kind. Within this system, Samsung’s thousands of offline partners will be educated in digital marketing. They will be told how a great number of customers can be met.This training would help customers get product details from their local stores and purchase them Galaxy smartphones from their social media accounts. In the first step, more than 800 offline retailers have been trained by Samsung and Facebook, and more training sessions will be held in the coming weeks.
The training ‘s main focus is on helping offline retailers build digital access through the Facebook applications, Twitter, Snapchat , Instagram and WhatsApp. Users will get information about the Galaxy smartphone from their local retailer through Facebook , Instagram and WhatsApp, and will be able to purchase the phone.
On this partnership, Senior Vice President of Samsung India Mobile Business, Mandeep Singh said, “Every work we do at Samsung is focused on consumers.
