When it comes to eating, most of the people in America are quite open about it. Most of the time eating habits can be very dangerous because they can bring lots of incurable diseases and that’s why one should always be careful about what they are eating. A recent health study done by researchers shows that people are overeating of overcooked meat and other unhealthy food. The consumption of processed meat food has increased from 182 grams per week to 187 grams.
Even though the use hasn’t grown that much, it’s still dangerous for their health. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has already said that overcooked meat products are not suitable for health. Since such type of foods bring severe heart related, cancer and high blood pressure diseases. Another essential thing which researchers found in this health study is that people started to consume more of fast foods, which are adding more cholesterol and making them obese. If there’s one significant problem which majority of the Americans are facing, then it’s obesity.
Many Americans are eating sausages, hot dogs, and overcooked meats in their main meal, which is adding extra cholesterol and bringing lots of diseases. Inclusion of such type of food is not good since it’s going to make your body obese and you would become lazier and unhealthy. In this health study, its observed that seafood consumption has been constant from the last decade, and many Americans consume on an average between 115 and 116 grams per week. Even though the use of seafood hasn’t been increased, it’s still more than half of the recommendation level. Some experts think consumption of seafood is good since it contains more proteins and there’s also low fat in them. Still, the use of overcooked meat and other unhealthy foods are going to be one of the significant problems for Americans.
