How Sarah P. Antonella Established Herself as a Successful CEO in a Male-Dominated Industry

Latest

In an industry dominated by men, Sarah P. Antonella has made a name for herself, quickly becoming the CEO of a leading digital marketing agency that earns seven figures per year by providing marketing services to clients. Her success as a businesswoman doesn’t come as a surprise to those who know her personally because they’re aware of her willingness to push forward and persevere, even during the most challenging times.

Before becoming a leading CEO of a high-earning marketing agency, Sarah P. Antonella was a competitive ice skater. She would later pursue coaching while helping other young women and men master their craft, ultimately spending roughly 16 years on the ice, working on her skill, and helping others do the same. While spending time as a coach to young skaters, Sarah recognized her genuine talent as a leader and quickly realized that she had what it takes to become a business leader, so she decided to go for it.

“I was willing to take a risk by getting involved in the digital marketing agency. Although I spent many years on the ice, I decided it was time for a change, and I pursued this business opportunity while giving it my all. I didn’t let any obstacles stand in the way of the bigger picture, and I’m glad I didn’t because I’ve managed to accomplish so much in only a few years,” says Sarah P. Antonella.

Her incredible accomplishments don’t stop there. In addition to running such a successful, high-earning business, Sarah is the best-selling author of Level Up, a book dedicated to inspiring others to level up their lives while becoming confident in themselves and the many decisions they’re making. In addition, she speaks from her past experiences as a child who spent years bullied and humiliated by classmates and peers at church because of her ethnicity.

“I didn’t necessarily look like everyone else because I’m half Caucasian and half Asian, so I quickly became a target for bullies who wanted to tear me down and make fun of me day in and day out. The bullying put me in a negative headspace, but I managed to work my way out of that by using my time spent on the ice to build my self-confidence and self-esteem. I’m grateful that I didn’t let the bullying keep me from pursuing my dreams. I’m sure I wouldn’t be where I’m at today if I let their harsh words hold me back and get the best of me,” shares Sarah P. Antonella.

Instead of allowing the bullying to get to her, Sarah developed tougher skin and the ability to enable rude comments to roll right off her shoulders without getting her down. Despite the challenges she faced throughout her younger years, she has garnered quite a reputation for herself in the digital marketing agency industry while making profitable moves.
